Hey y’all! In this episode of ‘Things you can do to stay fit and sane at home!’ I go over some simple, and very satisfying, glenohumeral (shoulder joint) stretches. These movements pair very nicely with the upper spine mobility exercises I showed in another video, and will help you keep your posture in check while you’re sitting home social distancing. if you have a history of shoulder problems, please be careful and use discomfort as a sign to back off!
