Plant-Based Workouts in the time of Corona, April 5th

 

Yes, we’re still closed for the time being, but luckily I’ve got a decent backlog of quick workout tips to share! I’ve been using movements like the ones I’ve been sharing while training clients virtually via Zoom, so you can absolutely get en effective workout with them. In this video, I share some alternatives to the standard push up to give you options for variety, and to target different muscle groups and get a more complete workout. Don’t get me wrong, I love standard push ups and they’re a phenomenal exercise! I actually do hundreds every week, but I know they can get stale too. Try these change ups for a little variety, and let us know how it goes!
