Just wanted to say that I’ve posted links to our workout logs on the sidebar at the right of the site. You can see our routines and progress (weights, reps, etc) if you’re curious! The forum that we’re posting these on is a great way to see what others are doing and, most importantly, to be held accountable. Some people are working on strength, some are martial artists, some are endurance athletes…and of course, our routines are bodybuilding focused, at different stages of contest prep.
