Who makes a video of cooking something as obvious as a burrito? Me, that’s who! Why, WHY would I further saturate the internet with something so inane, you might ask? Well, here’s why:
- There actually are a lot of people out there who experience burritos only at Chipotle. There’s no shame in that, but it’s time for a change.
- Many are unaware of the many ways to vary a burrito to make it eternally interesting and satisfying: spices, toppings, wrappings or un-wrappings, etc.
- Black bean burritos have been a staple of our off-season meal plan since forever, and everyone wants to answer the age old question: What does Derek eat? Occasionally someone wants to know what I eat, but usually it’s Derek. Everyone knows about the bean shakes, but what about meals? The answer: more beans. We either eat these for lunch or this for lunch. And yes, the results of eating 3-5 cups of beans per day are about what you would expect.
